Appointment Policy
To allow ample time for all patients and scheduled surgical procedures, we operate primarily by appointment. Emergency cases will always receive top priority, which may occasionally result in delays. We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding as we make every effort to see each client on time.

For your convenience, scheduled drop-off appointments are available. This means you may bring your pet in at a time that works for you and leave them with us for a few hours. Typically, drop-offs are scheduled in the morning so that our doctors can examine your pet between appointments. Once the exam is complete, the doctor will call you to discuss findings, diagnosis, and discharge instructions.

For the safety of all animals in our care, we require that pets be up to date on vaccinations. While we do our best to make every pet feel comfortable, new surroundings and other animals may make some pets uneasy. We kindly ask that all dogs arrive on a leash and all cats arrive in a secure carrier.
Privacy Policy
Your privacy is very important to us. Animal General Hospital does not collect or share information with third party vendors or businesses. No information will ever be disclosed by us or our website hosting company.
